Hoarding food, hiding food, being overprotective about food, carrying food around with you everywhere you go...these are just some of the weird things that I started doing during my eating disorder. Whole Foods vs Processed in Recovery

Can you recover while eating all Whole Foods? Do you have to incorporate processed food into your diet? If so, how much? Should I stop eating fruits + veggies and instead focus on processed food? Every person has their own journey of healing their relationship with food.
