Do I have to have a yoga practice?

This program is made for yogis and non-yogis alike. There are 2 bonus videos that come with the program to teach you yoga basics, proper alignment and breathe if you are new to yoga. There is no such thing as "am I doing it right?" in yoga and that applies here to this program where all levels are welcome.

How long will I have access to the Course Materials?

They are your's for life :) That's right, you heard me! You will be able to revisit any of the journal sheets, yoga classes or flow exercises anytime you need to work through a problem, get a little boost or maintain your progress.. 

How does the FB Group Work?

I will be active in this group bringing up different topics every week to get you looking at things in a different way.

This group is here for you to feel supported and to share what you are dealing with in your life so that you can feel supported and loved on your path. 

You will have access to this group for life, I want this group to become your tribe of sisters. 

How much time should I put aside each day to do the program?

Each day will be different depending on what we are doing. Most Flow Sheets should take any where from 15-30 minutes. The Flow Exercises will take 30 min to 1 hour. The Yoga classes are around 45 minutes to and hour to  get on your mat, feel connected, move through limiting beliefs and then continue on with life. Hopefully in a calmer, happier way :)

If you have limited time and can't get to that days lesson plan then simple start back up again tomorrow. Healing your body and developing your relationship to food is not a race, take the time that you need to make this program work for you! 

Do I have to do the program in 31 days or can go at my own pace

This program is jam-packed with lots of stuff as there was so much that I wanted you guys to have. This work is powerful which can take time beucase again we are looking for REAL change here. If you need time to meditate on or want to sit with one of the topics for a while and practice embodying the teaching before you move on that is okay.
