Anxiety... what's that.... I've never heard of it?

Oh how I wish that statement was true. 🤣

Unfortunately I have felt anxiety... like a lot of it and it's never something that I enjoy going through. I went through a period where I sort of just let my anxiety run rampant which I now regret because had I known how important it is to take pro-active steps to heal your anxiety I would have done so YEARS ago.

So here are my 6 things that I have done to stay on top of my anxiety and calm me down in the midst of a bad bout of it.
