There is so much much noise on social media when it comes to health and wellness. It can get so overwhelming to try and decipher what’s the best way to be your healthiest.
When I decided to listen to what my body was calling for, I noticed it wasn’t close to what everyone else was recommending, which led me to doubt myself. Until I found Chloe. Chloe is unlike anyone else out there. Her approach to health is down to earth and a breath of fresh air! What I love about her is she empowers you to figure out what works best for YOU.
I’ve invested in a ton of health and wellness programs and coaches and I’ve never recieived this level of guidance before. I’m seeing such incredible shifts in my mindset when it comes to my relationship with food and I honestly couldn’t ask for more. It’s not about the workout plans or the meal plans. It goes so much deeper than that and Chloe is the person to help you tap into what your body wants and needs.
"Chlo gets it. Our relationships with our bodies and with food is complex to say the least. Our food system in this country is disturbing and unjust and we are bombarded every day with conflicting messages on what to do and who to trust.
She invites us turn to our truest self and our ancient wisdom. To STOP trying and fighting and manipulating. To begin from a place of love and let everything "flow" from there. YES!!!!!! I want to do all things in life this way so why not my food choices?!?
Chlo won me over as a sceptic in poor health. I felt like I had already tried it all and I didn't want to throw more money at my disease. But my way wasn't really working. AND in a couple of short conversations with her my entire mindset shifted. I could tell she understood me on the deepest level.
I've seldom been so challenged by someone in such a compassionate way as with Chloe and I LOVE that about her because THAT is where growth comes from. Its empowering, really, to work with someone like her. Because she is so educated, passionate, and wastes no time in getting right down to the core of any barriers you may have toward optimal health. The lessons I've learned from her just make so much damn sense and I've been able to love myself more and more throughout the process. She doesn't show you how to patch a leaky roof, she invites you to move into a whole new building.
I honestly didn't trust anyone in the "wellness/health coaching" industry until I met Chloe. She's the rare genius that can pull together a rich scientific understanding with an ability to relate on a human level. And all our conversations are full of laughter and discovery. That's how I knew I needed to work with her. I'm blessed that she came into my life and know she has something amazing to offer the world. This is her calling."
I LOVE Chloe seriously so much.
I come from an eating disorder background and still struggle with some of the physical & mental issues that come with that. Chloe has helped me in SO many ways and helped me learn how heal my relationship with food. As I have developed a better relationship with food, it has also helped me develop a better relationship with myself and really enjoy the little moments of life more! Its interesting how these things can be correlated but they truly are!
Chloe also has so much knowledge. Any time I ask her a question she always has the answer! Not only is she a great nutritionist & mentor but she is also a great friend all along the way. She listens to you and never makes you feel crazy or like you have issues. She truly wants to help you in anyway she can and you will feel that any time you talk to her. I literally cannot say enough good things about her and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
For the first time in years I am loving the eating process. Like I don't know, it is just a party to eat which is such a relief after all those years of restriction and hate. I love everything I put into my mouth, it is true that some times I have those treats, but I don't fell bad about it any more. When I'm hungry I eat, and this is making me just so so happy.

It all started with a desire to excel at sport and quickly spiralled into an obsessive, controlling mindset. I needed to be the “perfect athlete" in every aspect, following ALL the rules to “eating correctly”. Weight quickly started to fall off and with that came positive re-enforcement from coaches and peers. Food started to consume my thoughts and an overwhelming anxiety put strain on my relationships with family and friends.
Thankfully, my family loved me through it and I eventually realised the pain I was causing and the damage I was doing to my body.
I went on to gain a little bit of weight and loosened up on my eating habits. I thought I was “healthy enough” and was told by the doctor to come back and see her when I had finished my sporting career because nothing could be done until then, apparently.
So, I continued to ignore the missing period and went full gas into chasing my sporting career.
But, there was always this nagging voice in my head telling me something just wasn’t quite right. So, at the end of the 2019 race season I went to see a specialist about it and they sent me for a bone density scan. This was ultimately what scared me into action. It had dropped significantly in the last two years and I was on track to have osteoporosis in the near future.
A few weeks later I found Chloe on Instagram. She helped me see a way through what I thought was my world crashing down around me. Over the past 6 years, I had been to endless doctors and specialists with no real success. All I needed was a “big sister” to keep me accountable. Chloe was real, she was relatable and she had a great sense of humour. I struggled to reduce my training but she gave me small, achievable goals for each session. She challenged my thought pattern and encouraged me to explore who I really was beyond being “an athlete”. I know that I still have a long way to go in terms of self-worth and body image but I am SO much happier and healthier now that I have my period back!!! Thank you Chloe, you are a true gem and I will be forever grateful.
I am so glad that I got to do coaching with Chlo. She always had the perfect words to really help me change my perspective on food, exercise, and body that helped me release anxiety and to what I needed to do-- Eat good food, unrestrictedly.
I would not be where I am today without her loving support and her guidance through this journey. The months we spent together were very special to me and ones I will never forget.
During our coaching I got my period back for the first time in 4 years!!! This was the happiest moment of my life. She's right, you won't regret recovery. If you're debating whether or not to do coaching, DO IT!! Life to precious to waste another day obsessed with food and body.

People think I am crazy when I say I have an issue with eating "too healthy". With how much society pushes on us to drink green juices, go to the gym 3 times a day, eat kale, count calories and lose weight it's really hard for those of us who have taken healthy living to an EXTREME and have to essentially go against what diet culture is telling us to regain health.
This is why I have LOVED working with Chloe. She understands my mind and what I am going through like no one else. Because she has been through her own struggles with food, perfectionism, and eating disorders she has such valuable insight into whats going on, how I feel, and whats blocking me from letting go of my obsession with food and the quest for the "perfect" body.
Chloe has been more then a coach, she has been a wise older sister to me who is there no matter what and always knows the best things to say. Hands down these past couple months working with Chloe has been transformational and such a key to my recovery.
