Meditation to Stop that Binge

We have all done it, binge eat that is. 

 

Whether it's cause we are super stressed, fatigued, over-worked or lonely, we have all at times felt out of control with food. 

 

We may feel as though our eating habits will never get better and that we are going to have to deal with binge eating our whole life but this is not true. 

 

Today I want to share with you a powerful technique to mastering a new habit; VISUALIZATION.

 

Some of the top athletes, performers, and even actors all use visualization to improve their skills and accomplish their goals. Now you don't have to be Coby O'brien to weep the benefits of this powerful tool, anyone can do this to improve their health. 

 

So I created a powerful guided visualization for you to feel more empowered around food and leave the table feeling light, happy and satisfied. 

 

Listen to it before you eat to practice and envision yourself eating calmly the right proportion of food and being able to effortlessly put the fork down when your body says it is not hungry anymore. No need to muster up a bunch of willpower to change your eating habits, cultivate and use the art of visualization to forever change your negative food habits and find food freedom.
