Ginger Turmeric Latte

 I'm not a coffee drinker, it just is what it is.

Coffee gives me the jitters and makes my mind go wild BUT I love drinking something warm in the morning and being apart of the ritual that so many are apart of. 

 

So my go to is this Turmeric Latte, otherwise called Golden Milk or Superfood Mega-Power Gorgeous Magic on Steroids.... oh thats just me who calls it that ☺️

 

Any-who I love this drink and the added benefits to my taste buds melting with joy is that it reduces inflammation in my body, increases digestion, lowers blood pressure, and reduces bloating and gas.

 INGREDIENTS

- 1 TBS TURMERIC

- 1-2 KNOBS GINGER

-1/2 TSP CINNAMON

-MUG FULL OF ALMOND MILK

-PINCH OF BALCK PEPPER
