I hate the word "weight loss"
I hate it so much because it focuses on the wrong thing. In the fitness + diet industry "weight loss" means calorie counting, excessive cardio, blah food, guilt and RESTRICTION--> I am against all of these things AND I do not believe that they will actually help you lose weight.
