You don't have to live with your Eating Disorder Forever
Coaching gives you the support + guidance to successfully recover
Full Recovery
"Being recovered is when the person can accept his or her natural body size and shape
and no longer has a self destructive or unnatural relationship with food or exercise.
When you are recovered, food and weight take a proper perspective in your life
and what you weigh is not more important than who you are,
in fact, actual numbers are of little or no importance at all.
When recovered, you will not compromise your health or betray your soul
to look a certain way, wear a certain size or reach a certain number on a scale.
When you are recovered, you do not use eating disorder behaviors to deal with, distract from, or cope with other problems."

I wanted to thank you for all the work you have done with me for the past four months. This has been the first Christmas that I have not been anxious over food or that I have not isolated myself from other people. I felt pretty free in food matters. But also, I have felt so much freedom with my body, I have worn whatever I wanted without fixating in how it looked on my arms, my knees or my belly. I have been liking my body a lot. Oh my gosh Chloe, I feel so good!
I’m feeling so connected to myself, and thanks to that I’m enjoying my life.
Having gone through these therapeutic coaching sessions with you, this process… is one of the best things that have ever happened to me. I wanted to thank you for that. I’m braver, more connected, and happier than I have ever been in my entire life.
Thank you
- Laura
I've gone through conventional therapy and treatment centers before working with Chlo, yet I never truly came out of energy debt and experienced freedom until we started working together. I left those places religiously following a meal plan, anxious if I went off, and still fearful of weight gain which halted my recovery.
Chlo's loving support during this process helped me to release my food fears, enjoy food, and love my natural weight. I don't know what I would have done without her support 24/7. It's like having a big sister there by your side during recovery helping you take each step forward and there to catch you if you fall.

I'm forever grateful for her wise words and ability to make this hard time somehow fun (something I never thought I would say).
Thank you, thank you, thank you Chlo! You gave me my life back.
